Mission Statement

The Institute of PAM aims to advance theoretical studies of public affairs management and prepare students for positions as managers of public affairs.
 

Learning Goal – Ph.D in Public Affairs Management program

Students will be familiar with ethical issues in public affairs and put social responsibility into practice.

Students will have good oral and written communication skills for teaching.

Students will know how to use advanced methods to do research and solve problems.

Students will have acquired professional knowledge in public affairs management.

Students will be familiar with the current state and trends of international and cross-strait affairs.
